While Terry is already in Uganda, the rest of the team is preparing to leave tomorrow morning (1/05/10). They have a very long day of travel ahead of them. Sister Mary V reports that Terry called her this morning. He is making preparations to bring Roger to Billings for treatment of neglected TB of the spine, and he tells us that Roger is VERY excited about his upcoming journey to Billings! It appears as though the language barrier will not be as big an obstacle as originally thought. Apparently Terry and Roger are spending lots of time together so they can practice English. He’s a very bright young man…those of us in Billings are excited to meet him! Will post more updates as they are available! Thanks for your interest.
